We innovate, design & produce our toys in in the way so that safety whilst playing is ensured in our Toys. A testimony to this is that our panel members had represented the Bureau of Indian standards on behalf of Toy association of India to formulate safety standards in India on Toys.

Also all our products comply to present BIS & International safety norms. We also follow the WE CARE program proposed by TAI.

Due to the wide range, our products are suitable for children of any age, right from 2 years to 14 years. Also we do mention the best suitable age group alongside all our products.

Different grades for virgin quality plastics namely LLDPE, HDPE, PP & CP are used to make these products. Also Galvanized steel pipes are also being used wherever necessary.

The company is based out of NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION and has its office, warehouse and other facilities in NCR. Our corporate office is based in Karol Bagh in the central business district of New Delhi

We have a Pan India distributor network with around 54 distributors covering most parts of India. We are also associated with many premier institutional and organized buyer in the country for our products.

The Lead time is a variable of many things including Quantity & Products. Generally all orders are ready for dispatch within 2-4 working days. \ The mode of transport is selected depending on our clients location and advice. We generally use roadways for domestic deliveries and airways for international deliveries. Transit Time is Extra As per Actual.

We ensure our product longitivity by using best quality materials. With proper maintenance our play systems can be used for as long as 3 to 4 years.

Playgro products are meant for Indoor Use and we do not recommend them to be exposed to harsh sunlight, rain, dust etc. This may result in fading of colours and the items getting brittle after some time.

In our Endeavour to provide customer with best of our services we try and keep the spare parts of most of our items handy with us. These can be purchased if available.

The products cannot be customized in regards to sizes and shapes but colours can be customized subject t MOQ which would be at least 500 pcs & Lead Time which would be 25-30 days.

Yes most of products come with assembly instructions. If not you can ask us for them by reaching out to us at contact@playgroindia.com
